Subprocessors

Last updated October 29, 2026

These are the service providers (“subprocessors”) that Fine Folk LLC (“Daywright”) uses to process personal data on behalf of its customers in providing Daywright. This is the list our privacy policy and our Data Processing Addendum (Annex III) refer to.

Before we add or replace a subprocessor, we update this page and tell each customer’s owners at least 15 days ahead, or as soon as we can when a provider has to be replaced urgently. Customers may object as the DPA describes.

Services a customer connects (not subprocessors)

These services work under the customer’s own account and agreement, at the customer’s direction, so they are not Daywright subprocessors:

  • payment processors: the customer’s own Stripe account (connected through Stripe Connect) or Authorize.net account;
  • phone and texting systems: the customer’s own Twilio, Aircall, or Quo account;
  • calendars: each staff member’s own Google Calendar, if they connect it;
  • report and homeowner services: HAVEN and Scribeware;
  • systems a customer imports from, such as Inspection Support Network and Keystone;
  • webhooks and API keys the customer sets up for its own tools.

Services that receive no customer personal data

  • Better Stack, for uptime monitoring.
  • Google Places, to find lab drop-off locations near a general area.
  • OpenStreetMap, whose map images load straight into the browser of the staff member viewing a map. Like any website a browser visits, the OpenStreetMap Foundation receives that browser’s IP address.
  • YouTube, Vimeo, and Loom, which Daywright asks for a still image when someone pastes a link to one of their videos into an email.
